Acceptable use policy

This policy covers use of the Novex Peptide website, accounts, search, support, reviews and purchasing features. You may use them to obtain product information, manage your account and acquire materials for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research in accordance with our terms.

Orders are for adults aged 18 or over with suitable training, authority and laboratory facilities. Provide accurate information about your organisation and proposed laboratory purpose when requested. Do not misrepresent your identity, research status or authority to order.

Do not acquire, promote, use or supply products for self-administration, administration to another person or animal, ingestion, injection into a body, topical application to humans, clinical diagnosis, treatment, cosmetic use, weight management, bodybuilding or performance enhancement. Resale for any of those purposes is also prohibited.

Research information and calculators must not be used as instructions for personal dosing or administration. Do not present a research-use product as an approved medicine or make unsupported health claims.

Use only accounts and information you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to obtain another customer’s information, bypass access restrictions, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service. Do not use support or account features for spam, harassment or impersonation.

Ensure any material you submit is lawful and that you have the right to share it. Respect the rights of other customers and content owners. Reviews must also meet the Review Policy. Do not share other people’s private information or imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Comply with applicable laws and the documented requirements for the particular substance, activity and destination. Follow appropriate laboratory handling, storage and disposal procedures. A research-use label does not itself grant a licence or establish that every proposed activity is permitted.

We may investigate suspected misuse, refuse unsuitable orders, restrict access or suspend or close an account where justified and proportionate. Where necessary and lawful, relevant information may be provided to authorities. Any action concerning paid orders, refunds or personal information remains subject to our terms, privacy obligations and applicable law.

If you believe a restriction is incorrect, contact us for a review. A restriction does not extinguish statutory rights or valid claims relating to an earlier order.
