Delivery region
Novex Peptide delivers to the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to international addresses. Some postcode restrictions may apply to specific products; any restrictions are clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Courier
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders placed before the 2pm cut-off on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
A cost-effective tracked service delivering within 2–3 working days. Priced at £3.95. A tracking number is provided so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
A faster tracked service delivering within 1–2 working days. Priced at £6.95. A tracking number is provided so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.
Free UK delivery
Free UK tracked delivery is available on orders over £75.00. The free delivery threshold is applied automatically at checkout — no code is required. The free delivery option uses Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Packaging
Orders are packed according to the storage and transport requirements configured for each product. Where specific packaging methods apply, these are noted on the relevant product page.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com or through the Royal Mail app. If you have an account, tracking information is also available in your order history.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the service you select and are clearly shown before you complete your purchase. VAT is included in all delivery charges where applicable.
Delays and missing parcels
While we aim for every parcel to arrive within the stated delivery window, occasional delays can occur. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. Confirmed lost parcels will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
