Delivery policy

Delivery is offered only to destinations and postcodes supported at checkout. The current service is UK-focused; an address being in the UK does not establish that every product can be supplied there. Product classification and carrier acceptance must cover the destination, including any different Northern Ireland requirements.

For GBP orders, our free 24-hour delivery offer uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 on a product subtotal of £75 or more, before discounts. Select Tracked 24 at checkout. Below that threshold, Tracked 24 costs £6.95 and Tracked 48 costs £3.95. Delivery timing starts after dispatch: Tracked 24 aims for the next working day, while Tracked 48 typically takes 2–3 working days. Available services and your delivery charge are shown at checkout.

WELCOME gives 10% off USD product subtotals strictly over $125. Base delivery is free on USD product subtotals strictly over $165. Both thresholds use the sum of displayed USD product prices before discounts, excluding delivery, duties and handling. Delivery offers apply only to eligible destinations and services; duties and handling remain additional. Online US checkout is not yet available. Payments remain in GBP and the final charge is shown before payment.

Estimated base postage to the United States is £17.53 GBP for a parcel up to 1 kg (reference parcel: 20 × 18 × 9 cm), using Royal Mail International Tracked. Overseas visitors see the USD equivalent at the site's display exchange rate. Dispatched from the UK. The delivery aim is 5–7 working days after dispatch, not a guaranteed arrival date; customs processing may add time.

This is postage only, not an all-inclusive quote. Applicable import duties and handling fees are additional and depend on the shipment. US checkout is not yet available. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages. We prepare orders after payment confirmation and the required order checks, then send your tracking reference when your parcel is dispatched. Delivery estimates run from dispatch and allow for working days, bank holidays and the destination. We will contact you if there is a material delay. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Transport arrangements must match the particular product’s documented requirements and the carrier’s acceptance. Ordinary tracked postage does not itself establish a validated cold chain. Follow the product’s supported storage instructions and contact us about missing information or damaged packaging before handling.

Where tracking is included, we provide the reference after dispatch. Contact us about late, missing or damaged parcels and we will investigate. For consumers, risk normally passes on physical receipt by you or your nominated recipient, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier you independently commission. Your statutory rights do not depend only on the courier’s investigation outcome.

A registered office or business mail address is not automatically authorised to receive chemical returns. Contact support@novexpeptide.com for safe routing instructions. You can notify cancellation before those instructions are issued.
