Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Novex Peptide website and the purchase of research reagents from it.
Research use only
All products sold on this website are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. No product is intended for human administration, human consumption, animal administration, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, bodybuilding, performance enhancement, or weight management. The buyer is responsible for ensuring products are used only within a legitimate research context and handled by suitably trained personnel.
No resale for prohibited purposes
Purchasers must not resell or transfer products for any purpose outside the scope of in-vitro laboratory research, including but not limited to human administration, animal administration, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, bodybuilding, or performance enhancement.
Order refusal and cancellation
Novex Peptide reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where prohibited use is suspected. Acceptance of an order occurs when we dispatch the order or confirm it, whichever is earlier.
Compliance with applicable law
Customers must comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations relating to the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research reagents. The classification of a product as "research use only" does not automatically determine its legal status under all applicable legislation.
No medical advice
Product descriptions and Research Centre articles do not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary advice. Discussion of scientific literature, including published clinical or preclinical findings, does not broaden the permitted intended use of purchased materials.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT where stated. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store raw card details.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders placed before the stated cut-off on the same working day. Delivery is currently limited to the UK.
Returns and refunds
Because reagents are sensitive to handling and storage, returns are restricted. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy before returning any item.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the products. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
