Novex Peptide supplies materials for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. They are intended for trained researchers with appropriate facilities and authority, and are not supplied as medicines, foods, cosmetics or products for personal use.

Research articles, calculators and preparation information are educational laboratory resources. They do not recommend a product for a bodily outcome or replace a compound-specific safety assessment. The research-use designation does not establish regulatory approval or remove obligations that apply to us as a supplier.

You must be at least 18 years old and suitably trained and authorised to purchase for the stated laboratory purpose. If ordering for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate contact, delivery and research-eligibility information.

We may ask for proportionate information about your organisation, facilities and intended research before accepting an order. We may decline an order that does not meet these requirements. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded without undue delay.

Your order is an offer to buy the listed products. An automated acknowledgement or payment request confirms receipt of that offer; the contract is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation. Review the product, strength, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting. Keep your confirmation and the policy version applying to the order.

Prices are in pounds sterling. The final order review shows the product price, delivery charges and any applicable tax before you commit. Pay only through a method enabled at checkout. A payment method mentioned elsewhere is not available unless checkout offers it. We will contact you about a material pricing error before accepting an affected order, so you can choose whether to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.

Pay by Bank through Fena is the currently enabled payment method. Select your bank at checkout and authorise payment through your bank’s own service. Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and manual bank transfers are not currently offered. A pending authorisation is not a confirmed payment. If payment is pending or under review, check the existing payment status or contact support before trying again.

Stock is validated during ordering. We will not replace a product or strength without your agreement. A stack contains the separate components and quantities stated on its product page unless expressly described as a combined formulation; it does not establish that those components are suitable for use together.

Our Delivery and Returns policies explain delivery, cancellation, faults and refunds and form part of these terms. Where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply, you may notify cancellation within 14 days after receipt, subject to lawful product-specific exceptions. Research-use acknowledgement does not waive consumer rights or automatically turn a purchase into a business transaction.

Do not administer or supply these materials for administration to humans or animals, consumption, clinical diagnosis, treatment, cosmetic application, weight management or performance enhancement. Do not present them as approved for these purposes, make unsupported medical claims, or resell them for a prohibited use.

You must comply with laws applying to the purchase, possession, handling, transport and use of the material. The Acceptable Use Policy also applies to accounts, reviews and other website features. Suspected misuse may lead to order refusal or proportionate account restrictions; paid orders and any remedies remain subject to the contract and applicable law.

Novex branding and original website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights in our branding, photographs or written materials. You may read and retain copies of your order and the applicable policies for your records.

Do not reproduce our branding in a way that suggests an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder for other uses requiring permission. Nothing here restricts a use permitted by law or grants rights in third-party materials.

Research materials may not produce a particular experimental result. You must assess whether the stated specifications and available batch information meet the needs of your laboratory application. Literature references describe research and are not a guarantee of outcomes or suitability for human or animal use.

A certificate of analysis is an analytical record for the identified sample or batch; it is not a substitute for handling information or a laboratory risk assessment. Ask us about missing product or safety information before use. These statements do not exclude our obligations concerning description, quality or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.

Our responsibilities are assessed under the contract and applicable law. We do not guarantee research outcomes or assume responsibility for uses outside the stated research purpose, but this does not remove responsibility that the law places on us. A research-use declaration does not transfer all risk or all supplier obligations to the customer.

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their place of residence. Consumers may bring a claim in any court available to them under applicable law; this clause does not require them to give up that right.

If an issue arises, our Complaints Procedure explains how to request investigation and further review. Using that procedure does not prevent you from seeking independent advice or exercising legal rights.

The version and revision date on this page identify the current terms. A new version applies to future orders. The terms accepted for an existing order continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

We retain previous policy versions so the applicable wording can be identified. Contact us if you need a copy relating to an earlier order.

A registered office or correspondence address is not automatically a suitable destination for chemical returns. Request safe return-routing instructions; you can notify cancellation or a fault before those instructions are issued.

Use code WELCOME at checkout for 10% off the product subtotal on orders over £75, excluding delivery and before discounts, while the offer is active. A product subtotal of £75.00 does not qualify; £75.01 or more does. Enter the code before confirming your order; the final review shows the applied discount. The discount does not reduce delivery charges. One discount code can be applied to an order.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery applies to a product subtotal of £75 or more before discounts. Select Tracked 24 at checkout; your selected service and delivery charge are shown in the final review. The terms accepted for an earlier order continue to apply to that order.
