Cookie policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
The storage used by Novex Peptide, why it is needed, and how to manage your preferences.
1. Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is information a website asks your browser to store and return. Local storage and session storage can also remember information on your device. This policy covers those technologies used by Novex Peptide, not just files called cookies.
Local storage generally remains until removed by the feature, an expiry rule or your browser. Session storage normally lasts for the tab session. Your browser settings may change how long data remains available.
2. Storage categories and purposes
Essential functions: the basket entry, novex-peptide-basket, remembers selected items; wishlist storage remembers items you explicitly save; order-consumption markers prevent the same completed order from clearing the basket twice. These remain until the feature removes them or you clear site data. Account cookies or tokens support sign-in and session refresh. The novex-coupon entry stores a coupon you apply until it is removed or site data is cleared. The novex-checkout-attempt session entry helps resume or safely repeat your checkout attempt and is removed when that attempt is completed or cleared.
Consent preferences: novex-peptide-cookie-consent records your choices, version and choice date for up to 180 days. Missing, invalid or expired choices leave optional categories off and cause the consent panel to ask again.
Functional history: with permission, novex-peptide-recent stores up to eight recent product identifiers and novex-peptide-recent-searches stores up to five searches, for no more than 30 days. Withdrawing that permission clears the saved history.
Analytics and marketing: these are optional categories. No analytics or advertising tracker is introduced by this policy. A future tracker must have a documented provider, purpose and lifetime and must respect the applicable consent requirement before loading.
3. Service-provider storage
Supabase account cookies or tokens maintain and refresh your sign-in session according to the account configuration. Signing out ends the local sign-in session. Novex research acknowledgement and support-chat state use session storage.
An external service may explain its own storage when you choose to use it. We must identify any additional optional provider before enabling its tracking on this website; accepting a category does not give unspecified providers unrestricted permission.
4. Choosing and changing preferences
The consent panel lets you accept all, reject non-essential storage or customise optional categories. You can reopen it at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional categories leaves essential shopping and account functions available.
You can also remove or block site data through your browser settings. Deleting cookies alone may not remove local or session storage. Blocking all storage may prevent basket persistence, sign-in or saved preferences. You do not need to accept optional categories to access the preference controls.
5. Research-access acknowledgement
The website asks visitors to confirm they are at least 18 and qualified or authorised to acquire materials for legitimate laboratory research. The acknowledgement is remembered in session storage for the tab session. It does not verify a professional qualification or replace the research-eligibility review required for an order.
This age requirement is consistent with our Terms & Conditions. The acknowledgement does not make the materials suitable for human or animal use.
6. Policy updates and contact
The revision date identifies this notice. We will explain material changes to storage purposes or providers and request a new choice where needed. Our Privacy Policy describes the wider handling of personal information.
